Existing Technology now exists to solve the Grid Problem as long as we retain the technology and do not lose it through unethical incompetence and greed. China and Russia have been hacking our secured business sites and are making deals with Corporate Americans in exchange for Proprietary Intellectual Property in order to let them do business in their countries. Case in Point Joe Biden and his son Hunter. Quite obvious there was some form of an exchange. These covert deals that our politicians are making through third parties is disloyal to America and American Citizens and needs to stop. President Trump is working diligently to stop the Theft of Intellectual Property.

China has been stealing our IP and American companies are giving China valuable Intellectual Property as a trade fo doing business with China. Coprorate America is selling our country down the river. Donald Trump is actually going something about this. Finally a President that stands for the flag and kneels for the cross. Donald Trump is taking action. True Patriot Americans are looking out for our future as a world leader in technology realize the danger here and are speaking out. We must protect our intellectual Property or we will be overcome by the Chinese and Russia and our country will fall. Greed has taken the place of Loyalty. We must remain loyal to the constitution and our grass roots brothers and sisters. Let’s work together to stop Intellectual Property theft.

In a recent announcement from the White House, President Donald Trump has followed through on his promises to protect American intellectual property rights. As a candidate, President Trump claimed that protecting intellectual property rights could “save millions of American jobs.” The recent Presidential Memorandum signing directs the United States Trade Representative to examine whether China should be investigated for “unreasonable or discriminatory policies that may harm American IP rights, innovation, or technological development.”

Americans for Tax Reform sent out a letter praising President Trump for his commitment to intellectual property rights. Americans for Tax Reform, along with 69 other groups, have agreed upon principles of which are the utmost importance in preserving intellectual property rights both at home and abroad. These principles include that IP rights are vital to job growth and economic competitiveness. We believe China has been particularly brazen in coopting American innovation and profiting from American investment in research, development, and intellectual capital. Practices by China to restrict market entrance and technology transfer have been a particular hindrance.

Many in the US believe nothing on the table is more important or crucial for the long-term economic health of the US than putting an end to IP theft once and for all.

Lighthizer, testifying before the House Ways and Means Committee in February, said “the most important single thing that we are going to do is stop the non-economic transfer of technology; that technology really is what separates us from the rest of the world”.

He added: “If we end up losing that technological edge, where we are No 2 in technology, then the world is going to look very different for our children.”

The theft of American intellectual property costs the US economy between US$225 billion and US$600 billion, according to a February 2017 report by the IP Commission, which is co-headed by former US ambassador to China Jon Huntsman.

The US “must preserve our lead in research and technology and protect our economy from competitors who unfairly acquire our intellectual property”, according to the national security strategy issued by the White House in December 2017.

It added that “China and Russia want to shape a world antithetical to US values and interests”.

Last month, FBI director Christopher Wray called China’s hacking a threat to US economic and national security, saying: “Put plainly, China seems determined to steal its way up the economic ladder, at our expense.” The list goes on.
